Vendor Applications Open: Tuesday, August 4, 2026
Applications Close: Friday, August 28, 2026
Final Vendor Notifications Sent: Friday, September 4, 2026
Vendor Fee: $50 (due upon acceptance)

Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Some vendors may be accepted before August 28th. All applicants will receive a final decision by September 4th.

Booth Information:
✅Vendor spaces are outdoors and approximately 10x10 feet plus additional space for 1 regular sized vehicle. 
✅ Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and displays.
✅ This is a rain-or-shine event.
✅ $50 vendor fee is required to reserve your spot once accepted.
✅Only 1 vehicle is allowed to park and unload in your vendor spot. You are NOT allowed to bring 2 or more vehicles to your spot to unload.

Vendor Fee & Payment
✅A $50 vendor fee is required upon acceptance to reserve your booth.
✅Payment instructions will be provided in your acceptance email.
✅Vendor spots are not confirmed until payment is received.
✅Fees are non-refundable, even in the case of bad weather or cancellation.

Terms & Conditions
✅Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
✅If accepted, vendors are expected to attend rain or shine on November 7th.
✅Cancellations must be communicated by October 17th. All vendor fees are non-refundable, including cancellations made before October 17th. Cancellations after October 17th or no-shows on the day of the event may result in disqualification from future events at Cotton Hills Farm.
✅Setup times are staggered from 8AM to 8:30AM. You will be notified by email of your exact setup time. Vendors must be completely set up by 10AM.
✅Vehicles must be moved to vendor parking immediately after unloading.
✅Cotton Hills Farm is not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or injury.
✅By applying, you allow photos/video of your booth/products to be used in farm promotions.
✅Cotton Hills Farm reserves the right to select a variety of vendors to create a balanced market experience
