We are now accepting vendor applications for our 2023 Christmas Market at Cotton Hills Farm. Please fill out the form below if interested.

2023 Vendor Policy & Guidelines:
1. There is no fee to be a vendor. We are looking for all types of vendors, not just crafts & artisans.

2. Check-In starts at 8:30AM. Please be set up and ready by 10AM and stay the entire time of the event (2PM).

3. Vendor Spot Size - 10 wide x 20 deep
Bring your own table, chairs, tent, etc. You will be outside.

4. Spots are limited. We do reserve the right to limit vendors by type of product(s). Please fill in the application with as much detail as possible.

5. You will receive an email the week prior. You must respond to that email within 24 hours to reserve your spot or we will give your spot to someone else. No shows on the day of the event will not be allowed at future events.
