Availability: Harvest begins in mid-September and continues through the month of October. Quality: We have grown pumpkins for over 36 years. Since we sell pumpkins retail as well, we understand the importance of having good shape, size, color and a healthy stem. Packaging and Order Size: We sell in quantities ranging from just one bin of pumpkins to a full tractor trailer load and everything in between. Customer Satisfaction Policy: Should there be any concerns with quality, we ask that those concerns be addressed at the time of pick-up or delivery. We will gladly work with you to do our best to correct any issues. Delivery and Pick-Up: Wholesale orders can be picked up from the farm during these times: Monday through Friday: 7AM to 5PM Saturday: 7AM to 11AM We also deliver mid-size orders (minimum $1,000) in both North and South Carolina at a price of $3 per mile charged one direction from the farm. For tractor trailers quantities and orders outside of the Carolinas, please call us for delivery options and costs. Pumpkin Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions: When can I place my order?
We typically begin accepting wholesale pumpkin orders in early August once our pricing and availability have been finalized for the season. When will 2026 pricing be available? Our pricing will be available by August 15th. We wait until then so we can better evaluate the pumpkin crop before setting prices. Does ordering earlier guarantee an earlier delivery? Delivery dates are generally scheduled in the order that completed orders are received. Placing your order early gives you the best selection of available delivery dates. Can I change my order after I submit it? Yes, you may add to or make changes to your order up to 3 days before your scheduled delivery or pick up, provided we still have the pumpkins available. Can I request specific pumpkins? Yes, you can request specific specialty pumpkins, and we'll do our best to fill your request based on availability. Our order form includes photos of the different pumpkin varieties to help you choose. When is payment due? All freight charges must be paid in full by cash or check one week prior to your delivery date. Payment in full for the pumpkins is required before the load is unloaded. We accept:
Can I store pumpkins before my event? We do not recommend storing pumpkins for an extended period. Because our pumpkins are harvested fresh, we encourage customers to schedule delivery close to the date they plan to sell or display them.
